Welcome to Drive Wisely Driving School! By booking and attending driving lessons with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, fair, and professional relationship between Drive Wisely Driving School and our students.
1. Lesson Bookings and Payments
All lessons must be pre-booked and paid in full in advance to secure your slot. Payment methods accepted include debit/credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Lessons canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a full lesson fee.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available on pre-paid lessons only if canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Package deals may be partially refundable depending on the number of lessons taken; however, individual lesson rates may apply for completed lessons.
3. Instructor Availability and Changes
While we strive to provide consistency, instructors may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Should an instructor be unavailable, we will do our best to provide an alternative or reschedule at your convenience.
4. Lesson Timings and Late Arrivals
Lessons are scheduled to begin and end at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson to avoid disrupting other bookings. In cases of instructor delays, we will extend the lesson time or reschedule as appropriate.
5. Student Obligations
Students must hold a valid provisional or full UK driving license for all lessons.
It is expected that students attend lessons in a fit state to drive, free from the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair driving ability. Drive Wisely Driving School reserves the right to cancel lessons if safety concerns arise, with fees potentially applying.
6. Learning Vehicle and Damage
Drive Wisely Driving School vehicles are insured for student use; however, any deliberate or negligent damage caused by students may be subject to additional fees.
7. Test Bookings
Drive Wisely Driving School is not responsible for any delays or cancellations from the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) for driving tests. Students are encouraged to plan and verify test dates well in advance.
8. Privacy Policy
Drive Wisely Driving School respects student privacy. All personal information is stored securely and is only used to arrange and conduct lessons. We do not share information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Policy Updates
Drive Wisely Driving School reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the student to review the terms periodically.
